Dr. Katrina Skinner founded Pediatric CEO after learning firsthand that running a successful practice takes more than clinical excellence. She launched Fairhope Pediatrics while still in residency, juggling contractors, consultants, and credentialing before she even graduated. A past president of the Alabama AAP and founder of Women in Pediatrics, Dr. Skinner now helps pediatricians lead with vision, build strong teams, and make values-aligned decisions.
Chip Hart brings over 35 years of experience working exclusively with pediatric practices. As Director of Pediatric Solutions at PCC, he has helped hundreds of pediatricians improve performance, navigate growth, and remain independent. Known for his sharp insight, spreadsheet savvy, and straight talk, Chip helps practice leaders make informed decisions, streamline operations, and take control of their business with confidence.
